Like I'd want to give people guide rails for maintainers how to bring this up with their employer that theyd like them to sponsor Nix and move needles. I think it'd be helpful . I think a lot of people underestimate how much can be done if just 1 person in a company is motivated to push a budget request through https://wasabi.com/ has lower network egress charges as far as I can recall, and I wonder if they would be interested in sponsoring and hosting?  delroth | there's plenty of alternatives to S3 that could be interesting for our use case, they were not a viable option until recently due the costs it would take to move our data out of S3. This is a bit hard to act on, can you list a few things you would like to change or a few points that you think need addressing?
Apologies for the delay -- I wanted to talk to some of the folks at my company (Tactile Metrology) who are more active contributors to Nix and related projects. I understand that tangible/measurable progress on this kind of thing can be difficult to provide.
A lot of what would be comforting to me on this front would be to see more active representation of underrepresented groups in foundation decision making – whether at the board level, or at any level that has the ability to make binding decisions about parts of the foundation-represented/controlled ecosystem.
