Regarding new board members stepping up, I'm working on an interim process to make that even more accessible. The main point here is for it to be temporary so we can keep making progress as we/the assembly are working on the long term governance model. If anyone is interested in helping out with board related activities please feel free to reach out!
I try to keep this channel also updated on the current areas I'm focusing on beyond the assembly and where I might some levels of help.
For reference, sharing just a few of the current areas of focus outside of assembly related items that I'd love any interest to help out <3:

1. S3/Cache - Both in technical work that folks like Edef are looking at from the Infra team and non-technical funding efforts. Currently working with AWS there, I linked some questions earlier in this room around it. There's also an effort to run an experiment with a company called Tigris Data. (All looking for more hands)
2. NixCon 2024 - supporting to make that happen :)
3. Taxes
4. General Nix fundraising - This might have to wait for the assembly as there's many items that would require wider consensus on such as relationships with large donor or relationship with commercial entities using Nix.
