And what do I use as the http server checking the spam? Unfortunately all these spam prevention and moderation tools are far from being trivial. We homeserver admins need something built-in to protect our homeservers or at the very least a comprehensive guide to set up these measures. Just posting a link to the GitHub repo of a synapse module with barely any documentation doesn't help anybody.
