Hope this is the right channel. I'm trying Matrix again after bouncing off a few years ago due to bugs. I'm using Element and joining a few spaces relevant to me like NixOS. Everything is going fine, except under the NixOS space I'm seeing another space called "Lily Foster and 4 others". I don't seem to be able to leave it. Anyone else seeing this? Is this Element being weird (again)? This is a longstanding bug in the matrix protocol itself, which is called a "state reset" | 16:18:20 |

 anji | Protocol/client/server bugs are unfortunately why I bounced off of Matrix several years ago. I had stuck spaces and rooms. Problems sending and receiving DMs. Etc. And that was with Element on Matrix dot org. This platform is super cool and all but IRC 20 years ago was more reliable :/ | 18:32:05 |
