Don't worry, if GSP doesn't work, it simply doesn't load, kernel keeps running. And proprietary Nvidia module won't be impacted if this loads.

It used to be horrendous screen tearing, which is gone now, but instead I'm getting some kind of temporal bouncing. As in the game appears to jump back in time by less than a second for a split second, and then back to where it should be. But it does this at least once a second, not just sporadically.20:45:40

@balintmaci:matrix.org@balintmaci:matrix.org I tried multiple different versions of proton on heroic and also tried to change the some of those options and also added it as a non steam game and tried with experimental and stable steam proton versions and all had the same result 21:11:09

Hi K900,
I have seen you added the gamescope-wsi package a while ago. I am trying to get hdr with kde 6 and gamescope working and already packaged VK_hdr_layer myself. I suspect that it wont work without overriding the gamescope package with gamescope-wsi?
