Yeah thanks for your awesome work on this! Is there any upstream reference to a strip bug? Or are we only observing it here? No, I haven't found any issue that could be like that. Also I don't really know how to report such a bug, because it can only be reproduced with ~300 rebuilds, and only in a nix sandbox, etc etc etc...
By the way, toggling aslr (and something like that, what exactly - I don't remember now) doesn't change anything, but testing on aarch64-linux might be helpful
