Great news !
Although I can succesfully build packages by SSH-ing the darwin builder, I cannot build darwin packages from my host system anymore...

We could maybe enable it on localhost and than use ssh instead of passwords. IIRC this used to be possible a couple of years ago but with every new macOS version apple locks down more of this sort of functionality so it might not be possible now or could require a ridiculous workaround that makes it impractical.
