@zowoq:matrix.orgzowoqTheir docs have some sort of permissions/user management but we aren't using it.04:53:12

Gaรฉtan Lepage: are you running anything actively on the builders right now?
Indeed, I started expensive builds before going to bed sorry :/
In such cases, do you have the possibility to "kill" my jobs ?

@emilazy:matrix.orgemilynah07:16:36
@emilazy:matrix.orgemilybut it's okay :)07:16:38
@emilazy:matrix.orgemily well, maybe I could in some way by abusing trusted-users, but I don't think that would be good 07:16:52
@emilazy:matrix.orgemily maybe we could have super-trusted-users that can kill builds, but the x86_64-darwin stdenv build wouldn't have finished in time regardless I think 07:17:17
@emilazy:matrix.orgemilywe got it in before the freeze and the build didn't fail in the end so it's ok ^^07:17:31

@emilazy:matrix.orgemily I'm running a GC on the Darwin builder to hopefully get rid of the broken flaky OpenSSL build that's preventing the aarch64-darwin rework bootstrap to build 19:52:07
@emilazy:matrix.orgemilyif it doesn't work might need admin intervention to delete the broken store path19:52:26

@emilazy:matrix.orgemily we have an aarch64-darwin staging stdenv stored on the builder now 05:18:36
@emilazy:matrix.orgemilyworking on x86 as well05:18:54

What are you planning to advertise? IIRC we were going to switch aarch64 from sbsa to jetson?

What are you planning to advertise

I'm unsure it's my place to be announcing anything as I'm not the one maintaining the infra, but basically that, on still experimental grounds (?), --arg config "{ cudaSupport = true; }" version of nixos-unstable can now be consumed via nix-community cachix, which is bigger/safer/more sustainable than the previous options, yada yada

we were going to switch aarch64 from sbsa to jetson?

Ah yes, we can push that through beforehand. That said, I reckon x86_64-linux audience is big enough to warrant the announcement ~~and I'm not even sure if there's a lot of nixos jetson enthusiasts out there or it's all corporations who can run their own caches~~
