 fpletz | Not an official SC decision but my personal opinion: In general the SC's goal has been to empower individual teams. So the marketing team should probably have primary control of the existing social media accounts and whether to create new ones, possibly with oversight and/or fallback by the SC. If any team needs guidance or wants a decision on a governance issue, feel free to send the SC a message via email or discourse pm and we will take care of it (also in coordination with the foundation board if needed). This was because Rok Garbas had access to it, as noted in this GitHub discussion - https://github.com/NixOS/org/pull/75 .
