yusdacra | In reply to @pachumicchu:myrdd.info I can put a message in that pinned issue like this: "We are switching the main branch for devos to be called 'main', because it looks like git and github are moving towards that standard and main is a more descriptive name for the purpose of that branch. Also its two letters shorter!" I wonder if setting up a mail system would work for communicating these changes to users. Something like having bud mail, and executing it when the user switches to their devos config directory, so they are kept up-to-date always. The implementation could be as simple as just checking an RSS feed. | 07:21:33 |

yusdacra | `gh issues list` and getting issues with certain tags could work. | 13:37:19 |
David Arnold (blaggacao) | As for the tag, it could be news. | 14:02:45 |

David Arnold (blaggacao) | Graceful handling of offline state is necessary, otherwise this can be shown when entering the devshell. | 14:04:19 |
David Arnold (blaggacao) | (either via bud or just traditionally - bud news has the advantage that one can check at will from anywhere) | 14:05:06 |
yusdacra | In reply to@blaggacao:matrix.org (either via bud or just traditionally - bud news has the advantage that one can check at will from anywhere) `bud news` and executing it on entering devshell would be my preference | 14:21:04 |

aciceri | Hi, someone is using devos with nix-darwin? I'm looking for an example configuration. | 16:36:58 |

aciceri | In reply to @pachumicchu:myrdd.info devos/digga doesn't really have nix-darwin support yet, we have an issue open for it https://github.com/divnix/digga/issues/16 Mmm, so I've to manually add a darwinConfigurations output to my flake bypassing Digga. Thank you | 22:00:56 |
aciceri | In reply to @princemachiavelli:matrix.org RIP using github.com/nrdxp/devos/nrd as an example :( There was an example with darwin in the repo? I'm new here, do you remember when it was deleted? | 22:01:42 |
@princemachiavelli:matrix.org | I don't think it had much darwin in it besides what devos/main already has. | 22:03:58 |
