We can coordinate there and then. I've a bunch of boxes to transport from my place to the venue. Any news on this/ where is this gonna be announced? (= We are going to give one this evening but I cant say when, I'll probably arrive at the venue today at ~17:00 and start with build up and once that's finished we can start with the introduction. We are also going to announce it at https://volunteers.nixcon.org/news (you need a account for volunteering)
We are also going to give one tomorrow during the first break sometimes between 12:30 PM and 02:00 PM.

[Meeting] Video Volunteers Introduction (Mandatory)
Hi fellow Video Volunteers 👋
There will be a mandatory introduction meeting for all A/V volunteers on Thursday , 7th of September Day 0 of Nixcon 2023 as soon as we finished build up and not earlier then 19:00h in the Lecture hall (Room 122).
There will also be a second introduction for anyone how can't make it to the first one, at the 8th of September Day 1 of Nixcon 2023 at 12:30h also in the Lecture Hall (Room 122)
We'll tell you all you need to know about how video mixing, camera work and audio mixing works for your shifts as volunteers. During the meeting you'll get accepted as video angel on volunteers.nixcon.org Come by, learn some stuff, try everything hands on and ask us any question you have.
