| But I guess I can try that | 00:25:52 | |
| no dice with that either :/ It spent a few minutes doing some kind of update screen and then nothing new | 00:34:17 | |
| huh, after a nixos update and a reboot, it's working. I thought I had tried a reboot, but maybe something changed in a nixos update. Oh well, working now | 00:44:18 | |
| ElvishJerricco: there was a regression in libxmlb that broke that, should be fixed now | 22:01:31 | |

| Hey! I recently upgraded from 23.11 to unstable (yes I was lagging behind a lot, now I have autoupgrade set on unstable so should not have the same issues again). I did the upgrade one nixos release at a time and with a reboot between each bump, to be sure I'm not hitting too many unexpected paths. However, since the upgrade, Gnome has been behaving very weirdly. In particular, mouse focus is very random: sometimes I click on a window and it clicks on the window below it, sometimes I click on a window and nothing happens, and sometimes the gnome control bar at the top of the screen doesn't accept clicks. Usually, pressing the Win key and then selecting the window (or clicking the gnome control bar from that Win-pressed space) works around the issue. I'm also seeing gnome control center freezing when trying to select the sound input source. Does anyone have any idea what this could be due to? | 23:13:31 | |

| In case there are Xfce users here, I plan to merge the Xfce 4.20 bump soon. If you think there are blocking issues please do say (xfce-wayland issues are not blockers 🙂) | 23:35:02 | |
