bobby285271 | In reply to @bobby285271:matrix.org In case there are Cinnamon users here, I plan to merge the Cinnamon 6.2 bump soon. If you think there are blocking issues please do say (p.s. mozjs102 won't build w/ python3.12+ without patching distutils usages I think) In case there are Cinnamon users here, I plan to merge the Cinnamon 6.4 bump soon. @mcnesium:exma.de | I have user-stylesheet@tomaszgasior.pl installed with home.packages = with pkgs; [ … gnomeExtensions.user-stylesheet-font ]; but now it says its uncompatible with gnome 47.1 in the extensions app. checking the metadata.json in the nix store extension dir approves. How do we get the current version that actually is compatible? the package source is linked here | 13:35:22 |
@mcnesium:exma.de | side note: this is a desperate approach, all I am trying to do is get rid of the rounded corners in the top menu using default adwaita theme. any other approach is welcome. gnome 47 broke my old theme setup :( | 13:38:12 |
Jan Tojnar | someone would need to perform the extension update | 22:29:42 |
Jan Tojnar | hmm, are you sure a new version has been released? e.g.o is unfortunately down now so I cannot double check but we already have version 10 on nixos-unstable (although without support for 47) | 22:40:55 |

ElvishJerricco | So, I was under the impression that if I enabled services.flatpak.enable and did flatpak remote-add --if-not-exists flathub https://flathub.org/repo/flathub.flatpakrepo, then I'd start being able to use gnome-software like a GUI app store. But that doesn't seem to be working. Is that not right? | 23:09:20 |

ElvishJerricco | Lily Foster: The "Software Repositories" menu from the top right of the gnome-software window does list flatpak already though | 00:25:47 |
ElvishJerricco | But I guess I can try that | 00:25:52 |
