Does your log matches the weird thing I met starting from https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/pull/247766#issuecomment-1695809990 ? What if you revert the cairo bump? (or, do you only start experiencing this after my first force push? "Update on this: build failed because of a timeout 20h into compilation, so it seems I may not be able to run the test on that device due to lack of resources."

I'm not using home-manager, just configuration.nix. I would like to manage my user desktop environment locally, i.e. user Flatpaks, dconf-editor, Extensions, etc. - at least for now.
