So, I was under the impression that if I enabled services.flatpak.enable and did flatpak remote-add --if-not-exists flathub https://flathub.org/repo/flathub.flatpakrepo, then I'd start being able to use gnome-software like a GUI app store. I did the upgrade one nixos release at a time and with a reboot between each bump, to be sure I'm not hitting too many unexpected paths.
However, since the upgrade, Gnome has been behaving very weirdly. In particular, mouse focus is very random: sometimes I click on a window and it clicks on the window below it, sometimes I click on a window and nothing happens, and sometimes the gnome control bar at the top of the screen doesn't accept clicks. Usually, pressing the Win key and then selecting the window (or clicking the gnome control bar from that Win-pressed space) works around the issue. I'm also seeing gnome control center freezing when trying to select the sound input source.
