are you overriding chromium or something? That flag is no longer available in 116, see https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/commit/57c54aff55b9e382689dd2e4e8006e8d5949ee5e I was trying to install chromiumDev.
I added it to my configuration.nix, I didn't do anything else.
