@k900:0upti.meK900(that specific commit)07:34:59
@k900:0upti.meK900I'm pretty sure it shouldn't break anything07:35:04
@k900:0upti.meK900But I want to be extra careful here07:35:17
@blitz:chat.x86.lol@blitz:chat.x86.loldid anyone else notice that the "move to top to maximize" and "move to sides to split vertically" window movements are not working anymore? I'm on NixOS 23.11. I wonder whether this is an upstream issue or something in NixOS07:51:37

Don't touch that setting
I did touch it and the system feels more responsive:
- remoced that setting
- disabled gnome profile daemon
- enabled auto-cpufreq

@k900:0upti.meK900Well removing it is probably a good idea, yes08:00:41
@k900:0upti.meK900Generally08:00:42
@k900:0upti.meK900Disabling power-profile-daemon does nothing08:00:51
@k900:0upti.meK900Because the firmware still keeps track of it08:00:59
@k900:0upti.meK900auto-cpufreq is awful and you really shouldn't be using it08:01:07
@k900:0upti.meK900What hardware is that on?08:01:11
