ronef | Just acking that it's resolved :) | 16:39:29 |
infinisil | In reply to @infinisil:matrix.org Though it was moved to the same time as the learning journey meeting on Thursday.. zmitchell: As already hinted at, I won't be there in this weeks learning journey WG meeting due to a conflict. | 23:00:39 |

@zmitchell:matrix.org | If anyone finds the magic Discourse thread for invitations to the NixOS Github org, please let me know so I can bookmark it. I wasn't able to find it. | 15:16:07 |
pennae | there's none for org invites, just for nixpkgs-committers invites | 15:17:16 |
pennae | and that's on github 😬 | 15:17:25 |
pennae | org invites happen automatically though for new entries in maintainers.nix, so no thread is needed | 15:17:57 |
@zmitchell:matrix.org | There are people on the Docs Team that need invites to the org so they can be made a part of the Docs Team and LJWG GitHub Teams, does it make sense for people to be added to maintainers.nix in that case? | 15:18:49 |
Alyssa Ross | They should probably be separately added to the org | 15:19:54 |
Alyssa Ross | We can have a different team for that | 15:20:05 |
Alyssa Ross | (or I guess, we do already) | 15:20:36 |
Alyssa Ross | I would ask domenkozar about it | 15:20:38 |
pennae | the docs team does maintain docs, so we'd not be too picky about that bit if no better process is forthcoming | 15:22:33 |

nicolabrisotto | zmitchell: Where can I find the calendar for the Learning Journey WG? | 06:35:26 |
@zmitchell:matrix.org | In reply to @nicolabrisotto:matrix.org zmitchell: Where can I find the calendar for the Learning Journey WG? https://calendar.google.com/calendar/embed?src=b9o52fobqjak8oq8lfkhg3t0qg%40group.calendar.google.com&ctz=Europe%2FParis
Note that this calendar is set to a particular timezone. Presumably there's a link to this calendar somewhere on the NixOS website or on Discourse, but I can't find it. Meetings are Thursdays at 7am Mountain Time, which I believe is UTC -6, but please double check with the calendar.

Thank you zmitchell ! I've found this calendar but isn't as complete as the one you linked. Probably having a single calendar linked from https://nixos.org/community/ could make these meeting more discoverable. | 05:31:48 |

fricklerhandwerk | The NixOS Google Calendar has only a small set of people with write permission, essentially those running official teams. The Discourse community calendar is for everyone else. So far we haven’t found a good way to convey that, and the nixos.org is too messed up to incorporate the information there in a nice way.ryantm could you link the Google Calendari in the community calendar top post with appropriate information? | 08:27:08 |
Minijackson | I personally would like to use the pandoc plugin, but unfortunately there's this issue that needs an implementation. So I'm currently using --wrap=preserve | 10:06:45 |

That would be great. Having a single place linking different calendars is a good step forward | 06:56:38 |
tonyfinn | I think I indicated elsewhere I was going to join today's meeting, but I found out my new team in work has a demo at that time, so won't be joining | 10:47:49 |
