Who's doing that, what's the status? This doesn't seem to have moved along at all within months Domen Kožar and the foundation board have to do this. I know that Théophane has looked into it somewhat recently. But board members are extremely time-constrained and have lots of things on their plate.

Note that this calendar is set to a particular timezone. Presumably there's a link to this calendar somewhere on the NixOS website or on Discourse, but I can't find it. Meetings are Thursdays at 7am Mountain Time, which I believe is UTC -6, but please double check with the calendar.
