- home-manager
xdg.configFile."pgcli/config" = ./pgclirc; (easy)
- wrap program, write a derivation and use wrapProgram or use viperML/wrapper-manager (portable, avoids home-manager)
- As it can take a custom location --pgclirc FILE Location of pgclirc file.
