ghpzin	`Madouura` has not been active for over a year and their maintainer entry was removed, probably better to ping `rocm` team. From PR description they seem to have removed support for `ROCM EP` and expectation is to use `MIGraphX EP` instead. https://onnxruntime.ai/docs/execution-providers/ROCm-ExecutionProvider.html NOTE ROCm Execution Provider has been removed since 1.23 release.
