@grimmauld:m.grimmauld.deGrimmauld (any/all)That was my reaction too14:48:47
@k900:0upti.meK900Yeah it does14:48:48
@k900:0upti.meK900Is that a problem?14:48:59
@grimmauld:m.grimmauld.deGrimmauld (any/all)It breaks an assertion we have with apparmor in pam, which is how it was noticed. I didn't dig through pam enough to judge how else it may break. like, custom definitions to pam package? Overrides? does it find the modules at all? (probably does or it'd have exploded earlier, but i don't like this)14:50:36
@grimmauld:m.grimmauld.deGrimmauld (any/all)Like, using modules from an explicitly defined absolute path is objectively the correct thing to do, because it is more predictable. Fix will be up once tests passed, and is trivial.14:53:08

@k900:0upti.meK900It does, but also our PAM does have lookup paths set correctly14:54:14

@silverhadch07:matrix.orgHadi πŸ€’ Is it just me or does anybody on regular unstable have to compile all of Plasma instead of getting a binary? 06:54:36
@silverhadch07:matrix.orgHadi πŸ€’* Is it just me or does anybody on regular unstable on the latest update have to compile all of Plasma instead of getting a binary?06:54:59
@aktaboot:tchncs.deaktabootno rebuilds on my end07:03:09
@silverhadch07:matrix.orgHadi πŸ€’ Even Libreoffice seems to be rebuilding on my end. 07:20:03
@k900:0upti.meK900Are you maybe on nix_pkgs_-unstable?07:52:23
@k900:0upti.meK900There was a stupid rebuild merged that was then reverted07:52:31
@jee_mj:matrix.orgmjAny chance KDE can keep supporting x11 until plasma 7?08:04:13
@k900:0upti.meK900No08:05:13
@k900:0upti.meK900Upstream already effectively considers the X11 session deprecated08:05:24
@k900:0upti.meK900It will not be dropped entirely in 6.7, but very possibly 6.808:05:50
@k900:0upti.meK900Why do you want X11?08:05:54
@jee_mj:matrix.orgmjIt’s all the old audio plugins in LV2/etc formats08:07:39
@k900:0upti.meK900 Those don't work with xwayland? 08:08:03
@jee_mj:matrix.orgmjIm thinking to review them all in bulk and determine if they can be patched by generalisations08:08:08
