problem: we need more aarch64-darwin builders for ofborg

scaleway provides apple m1 hardware and has a open source funding program.
unfortunately, I've heard scaleway does not longer respond to the OSFP.

couldn't the nix macos fund (maintained by domen) which has a balance of almost $10k as of right now, just pay for some? 👀

we could try contacting their support asking for an quota increase I guess? maybe?
