@kranzes:matrix.org | linux one is fine | 17:11:26 |
7c6f434c | Oops, sorry, yes | 17:11:33 |
@kranzes:matrix.org | aarch64-darwin has always been impressively slow | 17:11:41 |
7c6f434c | aarch64-linux might actually be the best supplied one | 17:11:43 |
7c6f434c | Unfortunately, the structure of the system is not well suited to run all evals on the most powerful builders, and then build where builds have to be | 17:12:53 |
7c6f434c | (But it comes from understandable desirable properties!) | 17:13:11 |

@kranzes:matrix.org | these are the total ones? | 17:15:06 |
@kranzes:matrix.org | or ones currently "working"? | 17:15:33 |
@kranzes:matrix.org | * or ones currently being used? | 17:15:39 |
raitobezarius | currently being used at least | 17:28:28 |

Sandro 🐧 | So ofborg eval is down or just severely degraded or do I just have bad luck paired with impatience? | 14:19:57 |
7c6f434c | Seems to be quite a bit behind to me too | 14:21:37 |
hexa | evaluator is catching up, peaked at 167 queued evals 13 hours ago | 14:56:08 |
hexa | is now at 39 queued evals | 14:56:13 |

emily | there are currently no aarch64-linux build consumers since ~2023-07-20T01:40:00+00:00
and aarch64-darwin is having a bad time as usual as well

7c6f434c | Silly question: how much work is it to make the «master fails to evaluate» state be «skipped» for ofborg-eval?
(Ideally it would be «passed» if PR evaluates, but that probably needs a change to what gets evaluated in this case, so more work)
| 16:45:00 |
Mindavi | It's a good indication that everything is broken, so I'm in favor of keeping it | 16:58:49 |
7c6f434c | It gose against the core principle of ofBorg checks: red should not be merged | 16:59:43 |
Artturin | Redacted or Malformed Event | 17:38:47 |
Mindavi | To clarify; this is for the use case where you make a PR that fixes an eval issue? | 17:46:07 |
