On Tuesday, 23rd November we plan to release Synapse 1.47.1 to address a single high severity issue. Synapse is a Matrix homeserver implementation developed by the matrix.org team and the wider Matrix community.

| Sumner Evans | Looking to reorganize the Matrix files in nixpkgs. Main things I think we should do are:
- move all Matrix modules to
nixos/modules/services/matrix/
- move all of the Matrix servers/appservices to
pkgs/servers/matrix/
- move all of the Matrix bots to
pkgs/applications/networking/matrix/
Does this seem sane? Any suggestions?

 ma27 | since I usually work with nix edit or fd, I don't really care about the structure below pkgs/ and nixos/. However, if we do this, we should do it righ tbefore a branch-off (i.e. now-ish), otherwise we'll have to manually do backports again for half a year. | 16:40:34 |
