Vodros | Hi it's me again for my annoying monthly message asking for a release lol. It's been 4 months now since I initially asked. I just wanna know if a release is actually planned or if there's a major blocker that's in the way. Regardless I love this project and will continue using it and following its development. | 13:17:24 |
maralorn | A release is definitely planned and there is no major blocker. | 13:51:28 |
maralorn | There is just a little blocker. | 13:51:35 |
maralorn | Which is I need to either revert the build finished detection to how it was in the last release or fix the new build finished detection so that it works on recent lix versions (for which I also have the plan.) | 13:52:27 |
maralorn | The truth is simply, that I am completely overloaded with certain responsibilities, which forced me to stop a lot of my hobbies (I stopped singing in my choir, stopped DM’ing D&D sessions and stopped nearly all coding outside of work.) I am still very hopeful that I can at least somehow recover from this state, but I can’t commit to a timeline (my hope is within the next few weeks, but no promises). I know this really, really sucks for an open source project … But I can’t do better without risking my mental health. | 13:57:51 |
