Usually applications can be maximized by double-clicking the top window border, however, the new GNOME Console (kgx) can no longer be maximized this way. I have to right click the top bar and select “Maximize”/“Restore” from the context menu. In the end this probably will be fixed by libhandy 1.8.1.
