K900 | I'm keeping an eye on them | 17:49:44 |
K900 | Two are done and copying outputs to the coordinator, which is annoyingly slow | 17:50:08 |
K900 | One is progressing | 17:50:11 |
jappie | oh wow I've never seen that bottleneck in action like this | 18:31:20 |
K900 | Those have completed now | 18:32:47 |
K900 | Now we're just waiting for Krita on aarch64 | 18:33:20 |
Vladimír Čunát | I've been watching them as well. The channel lag is long, around 9 days now. | 18:55:38 |
K900 | Krita is the last holdout and it should be done very soon | 18:56:21 |

Grimmauld (any/all) | https://hydra.nixos.org/build/330737561/nixlog/2
uh oh, screenshot tool seems to have issues after recent staging-nixos merge | 07:50:15 |
K900 | I'm bisecting | 07:50:36 |
K900 | Very very slowly | 07:50:41 |
Grimmauld (any/all) | damn you are fast | 07:51:04 |
K900 | Oh no | 07:54:15 |
K900 | Major qemu update | 07:54:16 |
K900 | I was looking at it for kernel update reasons | 07:54:27 |
K900 | Well | 08:11:53 |
K900 | I'm pretty sure it's the qemu update | 08:11:58 |
zowoq | it's https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/pull/517012 | 08:12:16 |
K900 | Ugh | 08:12:49 |
K900 | So is that PR just wrong then or what | 08:13:00 |
K900 | Or do we have to enable it in all the tests | 08:13:46 |
K900 | OK can confirm it bisects to that | 08:18:48 |
K900 | Extremely tempted to just revert | 08:18:52 |
K900 | Reverting: https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/pull/527048 | 08:21:17 |
K900 | New eval starting now | 08:39:05 |
Bart | Seems to pass now 👍️ | 08:48:43 |
K900 | Yeah I verified locally before sending the revert | 08:49:54 |
Bart | Yeah I got that part, it's just nice to see Hydra green as well :) | 08:51:30 |
Matt Sturgeon | Q: what's the current staging -> master timeline? And what should be my advice in this PR:
- disable structuedAttrs and bypass nixpkgs-vet CI
- apply a temporary local workaround
- re-target PR to staging (after fix is merged)
- or wait for PR -> staging -> staging-next -> master
?
(assuming the fix lands in this staging cycle, anyway)
