@eyjhb:eyjhb.dkeyJhbAlso, there seem to be other fun issues, e.g. lineage-20.0 is sometimes named lineage-20 and same goes for lineage-21, which seems to be mostly named lineage-2113:45:53
@eyjhb:eyjhb.dkeyJhbhttps://github.com/LineageOS/hudson/commit/f4adb0c30793cba4118a020c161bd435b4551669 ah fun :D 13:57:07

Android U QPR2 introduces mass breaking changes. All devices must be
manually re-enabled after being verified by the maintainers.

@eyjhb:eyjhb.dkeyJhbTrying to make a local mirror now :)14:04:09
@eyjhb:eyjhb.dkeyJhbMother in law is coming to visit, so hopefully this will be a good excuse for "why are you at your computer so much"14:04:30
@atemu12:matrix.orgatemu12Note that you'll likely have to wait a few hours to do so if you're currently rate-limited14:04:34
@eyjhb:eyjhb.dkeyJhbIt's currently running somewhat fine. The plan is to have it running on one screen, and playing The Witcher 3 on another sceern14:05:08
@eyjhb:eyjhb.dkeyJhbSo since starting playing with robotnix I've discovered 1. I need more RAM 2. I need more storage it seems...14:44:13

Set up zram swap if you haven't already and don't have physical swap
Setup a 75% zram swap now. Now both you and Elvish mentioned it :p

@eyjhb:eyjhb.dkeyJhbAnyone knows if making this mirror here https://github.com/LineageOS/mirror is enough, or if I need that AND the ASOP mirror https://source.android.com/docs/setup/download/troubleshoot-sync ?20:08:17
@atemu12:matrix.orgatemu12Both20:47:26
@atemu12:matrix.orgatemu12And probably both muppets too20:47:37
@eyjhb:eyjhb.dkeyJhbI gave up, I don't have enough space for that.21:23:40
@eyjhb:eyjhb.dkeyJhb * I gave up, I don't have enough space for it.21:23:44
@eyjhb:eyjhb.dkeyJhb What kind of hardware are you running Atemu ? :p 21:23:54

What about storage? I tried to get the ASOP mirror setup. It's more than 700 GB in size....
06:36:43
@atemu12:matrix.orgatemu12Ah I just put it on my NAS06:37:55
@atemu12:matrix.orgatemu12It's a little over a Terabyte or so06:38:04
@atemu12:matrix.orgatemu12And I've got like 18TB06:38:21
@atemu12:matrix.orgatemu12And I don't need to back it up since it's just a mirror06:38:36
@eyjhb:eyjhb.dkeyJhbhttps://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/status/06:40:45
@eyjhb:eyjhb.dkeyJhbCurrent size according to that is 2.24TB. That's insane 😅06:41:11
@atemu12:matrix.orgatemu12Might be a full mirror06:41:27
@atemu12:matrix.orgatemu12repo only mirrors the "relevant" branches by default06:41:53
@eyjhb:eyjhb.dkeyJhb The one I just tied to create was over 800GB when I ran out of space. 06:42:47
@eyjhb:eyjhb.dkeyJhb Seems like it's mirrors all branches, otherwise it'll be insanely large 06:43:08
@eyjhb:eyjhb.dkeyJhb Might have to rethink it. Not sure I can actually do that part myself, which is annoying. My "NAS" doesn't have much storage 06:43:55
