- a clear structure of how we make various JDK and JRE build available in the package set
- documentation about the above
- and looking at 25.11 release notes: communication about availability and changes of JDK packages
I guess the first step here is to create an issue and make a proposal.

It is automatically available with Gradle and does not require a specific version to be declared in the build configuration, as its version is tied to the Gradle version being used. It is recommended to avoid specifying a version for this plugin to prevent compatibility issues. But this version is also pinned in deps.json.
