A decision has been made and is being implemented. Continuing this discussion here is not productive. The marketing team is aware of the topic. If there are further concerns, please move this to Meta/Moderation (or Meta/Marketing) on Discourse as the appropriate venue where we can apply slow mode and have more thoughtful statements. * So to be honest I don't really understand if this means I am not allowed to post in here or just not about this topic or whatever, so please permit me to point people to my open PR and say that if they like @infinisil:matrix.org's suggestion to use the wiki to add more unofficial links, I implemented that solution here: https://github.com/NixOS/nixos-homepage/pull/1441
if that isn't what whoever has the "decision has been made" power wants, just tell me and I can rewrite the page differently
for example, I could try and pull all the unofficial links from the wiki page to the nixos.org community page with visiually different styling from the official links. open to ideas here
