| @gdesforges:matrix.org | Trying to educate myself on what the team has been doing, I'm reading the meeting notes of past weekly meetings.
While a lot is discussed and there are many things going on, it's a bit hard to have a global view on the team's achivement (say in the past month or year) and what the upcoming priorities are. Is there some sort of task management tool that you use?
Also I find it hard to picture where the team is headed. What are the goals? Is it written somewhere? I've had a look at the Nix documentation team's "handbook" and think it is quite helpful in that regard (https://github.com/NixOS/nix.dev/tree/master/maintainers), is there a similar place with information for the marketing team? | 14:38:16 |
