raboof | 2+ years to get hundreds of engineers to agree on code formatting sounds actually really efficient, well done! Looking forward to this! | 07:48:14 |

garbas | thank you! Should we maybe have a team- prefix for all this repos? | 09:43:52 |
Jonas Chevalier | I would have to rename all the other repos (infra, foundation, moderation). I think it's ok like that no? | 09:45:41 |
Jonas Chevalier | see https://github.com/nixos/foundation as an example. I expect the marketing repo to have the best README :p | 09:47:22 |
garbas | Ofcourse :) colors and all | 09:52:27 |
Jonas Chevalier | Foundation hat: Did anybody register a Canva account? We received a request | 10:36:19 |

Jonas Chevalier | garbas: can you keep track of the Canva account and potentially create a shared account for the other members? | 17:11:24 |
tomberek | With SCALE coming up, we need to plan for a Nix booth. First and most pressing question is about the logistics of it and how much space, tables, chairs, equipment we need. | 23:07:00 |
tomberek | After that we can start going into swag, scheduling shifts at the table, creating some messaging, etc. | 23:07:42 |

djacu | Trying to recall from last year but I believe we initially had 2 tables and 3-4 chairs. We acquired a TV the next day but that was pure luck. It would be ideal to have that day one | 04:14:07 |
@theophane:hufschmitt.net | Depending on the setup, a projector can be a cheaper/easier to carry alternative to a TV. | 06:00:28 |
djacu | Are we talking SCALE or cons in general?
If just scale: The booth we had last year was pretty small and the room is very bright. Not ideal for projectors. Also the TVs are provided by the convention center and/or scale. We don't have to bring one. We just need to make sure we are allotted one. I think Ron was talking to Ilan about the booth? tomberek do you know who is handling booth logistics?
| 15:21:08 |
tomberek | I'm just asking about SCALE. | 15:22:29 |
tomberek | Illan does need the orders soon for tables + signage. | 17:53:20 |
tomberek | djacu: are we okay with the regular setup, or do you recommend paying for the additional tables? | 18:23:35 |
djacu | In reply to @tomberek:matrix.org djacu: are we okay with the regular setup, or do you recommend paying for the additional tables? What's included with the regular setup? I wasn't involved in the logistics of it last year | 18:35:27 |
tomberek | 8' table plus chairs | 18:41:16 |
tomberek | last piece is then getting a banner | 18:59:56 |
