In any case, if such certification should emerge, we should make sure that it is attached to community interests, for example, in order for the certification to remain valid, a certain measurable community contribution per year is required. Makes sense and sounds reasonable, for example when it comes to gun license, in order to keep it valid - you have to participate in at least 3 conquests (? dunno if it's the right word) per year/pay a fine. Anyway, this sounds OK with me and I agree with you. Tho I can also add an option of paying a fine/retaking an exam after some time. | 16:50:12 |
